Hello, my name is Alexis Masters. Welcome to my web design and development blog. I have been helping authors, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations find their way on the web since 1997. It has given me great pleasure over the years to work with these wonderful, creative people to define and build their websites. Going forward, I'm tightening my focus on author websites, though I will from time to time work with non-profits and entrepreneurs, when a non-author project really fascinates and compels me.

As a novelist in my "other" life, I spend lots of time in solitude. Although this is good for my storytelling muse, it can also be very isolating. Building websites, on the other hand, is a truly collaborative effort. I try hard to ensure the design process is fun and rewarding for every client.
